Immigration Psychological Evaluations

Navigating the immigration process can be overwhelming, especially when it involves sharing deeply personal or traumatic experiences. Immigration psychological evaluations are designed to document the emotional and psychological impact of these experiences in a professional, clear, and compassionate way.

I provide trauma-informed immigration psychological evaluations for individuals and attorneys seeking thorough, well-documented clinical reports to support immigration cases.

Types of Cases Supported

Evaluations may be completed for a variety of immigration matters, including:

• Asylum
• VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
• U-Visa and T-Visa cases
• Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601 / I-601A)
• Cancellation of Removal

If you are unsure whether your case qualifies for an evaluation, you are welcome to reach out to discuss your situation.

How Evaluations Can Help

A psychological evaluation can support your case by:

• documenting the emotional impact of experiences
• providing objective clinical insight
• supporting claims of hardship, fear, or persecution
• strengthening overall case documentation

Why Work With Me

Choosing an evaluator is an important part of the immigration process. My goal is to provide evaluations that are both clinically thorough and practically useful for legal cases, while ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.

Clients and attorneys often choose to work with me because I offer:

• trauma-informed approach that prioritizes client comfort and safety
• clear, well-organized reports designed for legal readability
• reliable turnaround times with consistent communication
• experience working with trauma, violence, and high-stress situations
• collaborative communication with attorneys when needed
• experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and trafficking
• familiarity with legal documentation, including experience writing court reports and collaborating with attorneys

A strong evaluation clearly connects psychological findings to the legal elements of a case. My reports are structured to be both clinically sound and easy for attorneys and adjudicators to follow.
